Conclusions: Results imply the benefit of utilizing Mindfulness and Spiritually Based Interventions to treat Generalized Anxiety Disorder in conjunction with traditional forms of treatment. However, results only supported the use of mindfulness-based interventions and spiritually-based interventions in the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
